Mobile Media Usage Soars in Australia, Rises Globally

Brands will need to focus on "consumer mindset" as channels blur and Australians continue to consume more mobile media. So reports CMO Australia.

According to the most recent Zenith’s Media Consumption Forecast, by 2020 Australians will consume mobile media at 143% of what they did in 2013. Globally, mobile media consumption will continue to rise to 123.6 minutes per day, while Australians will take in an average of 190 minutes per day.

Overall, the average person across the 63-country survey will consume 479 minutes of media each day, with that number rising to 492 minutes by 2020.
