Survey Shows Marketers Don’t Understand Tech

A recent study by media consultant ID Comms has found that 41% of marketers believe they are using media technology “ineffectively” or “completely ineffectively” while only 15% say they are using it “effectively.” None say they are using it “very effectively.” So reports MediaPost.

Brands that don’t fully understand their technology may be overly dependent on their agencies for strategy and solutions.
