Consumers Typically Don’t Buy During First Visit to Websites

Among visitors making their first trip to a retailer’s website, 92% will leave without making a purchase, according to a recent study by digital support firm Episerver. So reports ConsumerAffairs.

Among consumers who intend to make a purchase when they visit a website, one third fail to do so, with missing or incorrect product information being the most common reason for why potential shoppers get cold feet.
