Struggling Macy’s Working to Improve e-Commerce

In the aftermath of closing 100 stores last year, Macy’s says it’s ramping up its e-commerce efforts, including its buy-online service, pickup-in-store service and its mobile shopping app. So reports Footwear News.

It is improving its mobile app so that customers can better customize their online shopping experience and receive better product recommendations.
