Candidates Spend Millions of Dollars on Digital Ads

Donald Trump’s re-election campaign has already spent $8.6 million in digital advertising this year while candidates competing for the Senate in the mid-term election have spent $29.8 million. So reports Open Secrets.

House of Representative candidates, meanwhile, have spent $33.3 million, according to the Center for Responsive Politics. Democrats have outspent Republicans in both chambers.
