Digital Still Outperforms Print After GDPR

The third quarter of 2018 was the first full quarter in which Europe’s GDPR rules were in effect. Nevertheless, the growth of digital advertising still substantially outpaced the growth of print, according to data from AA/Warc. So reports MediaPost.

For the quarter, online advertising revenues grew 12% year-over-year and mobile grew 23% compared to print advertising, which declined 7%.
