CDK to Exit Digital Marketing

CDK has decided to sell its digital marketing arm after losing a key exclusive agreement with General Motors earlier this year. So reports Automotive News.

A potential divestiture by the software company could include all of its North American advertising segment or sections of its retail offering for mobile advertising and website services.
