NCC Rebrands, Enhances TV Capabilities

NCC Media, which is a joint venture of cable companies Comcast, Charter and Cox, has enhanced its television advertising capabilities and has rebranded itself as Ampersand. So reports AdWeek.

The company had previously targeted advertisements by locations, but it can now use audience definitions created in OpenAP and will target viewers based on data from cable boxes from all three cable companies.
