Jimmy John has named Darin Dugan as chief marketing officer. He will manage 2,800-unit-chain along with brand marketing and planning, advertising, and menu and new product development. So reports Marketing Dive.
Dugan will also be responsible for digital marketing efforts that is inclusive of loyalty and CRM programs.
Former VP of marketing at Sonic Drive-In, Dugan also used to be part of product development, and oversaw brand management, media, creative, and social digital marketing.
Dugan also held senior leadership positions at DineEquity-Applebee’s and worked for Kraft Foods for 15 years.
