T-Mobile CMO Out

Matt Staneff, an 18-year veteran of T-Mobile, most recently serving as CMO, has left the company. So reports Fierce Wireless.

tmobileOn June 1, Staneff posted a tweet announcing his departure. In it he said “From <10M to >100M customers! It's been a ride, but my stop is here & it's time for the next adventure.”

A T-Mobile spokesperson said Staneff’s departure was related to changes to the way it supports its three business lines “while also establishing a strong center of gravity for our product management teams…” It is unclear what Staneff will do next but he did note a desire to spend more time with family and potentially train for an Ironman triathlon.
