How One Startup Grew Its Reach By 600% This Year

Spacenow, a Sydeny-based startup whose business model involves putting clients “into the right space at the right time,” has grown the traffic across its sites and social media channels by 600% during the pandemic. So reports CMO by IDG.

One way was to support “ghost kitchens.” With food delivery increasing amid the pandemic, and many cafes and restaurants being under-utilized, Spacenow saw an opportunity to connect these locales with businesses that could use them. As part of this idea, Spacenow reached out to chefs struggling due to the pandemic.

Spacenow also worked with hotel operators and connect them with individuals unable to go to their workplaces. “The relative newness of the model and its many possibilities subsequently led Spacenow to create a concierge service that works with clients to discuss their space needs,” according to the article.
