Australia’s Bastion Makes Moves in California

Bastion Collective will spend $11 million to construct a holding company in the U.S. So reports the Media Post.

The company will be made up of advertising, public relations, marketing and branding agencies. The $11 million represents about one-fifth of the company’s year-over-year intake.

Bastion’s acquisitions indicate the company’s strategy is different from other agencies in that it didn’t avoid overlapping services in its pickups.
