Gambling Ad Ban Has Italian Soccer League Worried

Italy’s Serie A soccer league expressed concerns about a new ban on advertising from betting companies. So reports Euronews

The "dignity decree" is a package of measures aimed at limiting contracts and penalizing companies moving offshore, but also prohibits advertising "all forms of gambling."

Estimates from the league expect state coffers to absorb a loss of 700 million euros, according to the article, as a result of the advertising ban.
