U.K. Firm S4 Buys Silicon Valley Marketer

S4 Capital, a marketing firm launched by WPP founder Sir Martin Sorrell in 2018, is acquiring Silicon Valley’s largest agency, Firewood, for as much as $150 million. So reports CNBC.

With the Firewood deal, S4 now has over 1,800 people in 23 countries and a market cap of $600 million.
