Lawsuit Claims Facebook's Crypto Ripped Off Logo

In a new lawsuit, Finco Services of Delaware alleges that Facebook’s use of a swirly tilde logo for its proposed cryptocurrency, Libra, is a trademark infringement and also involves unfair competition and false designation of origin. So reports PM Promo Marketing Magazine.

Finco, which provides financial services, is also suing the designer who pitched the logo to Facebook.
