Wing CMO Named CEO Amid Comeback Attempt

Jen Cho has been promoted from CMO to CEO of the Wing, a women-focused co-working space club. So reports The Wall Street Journal.

The WingCho succeeds Lauren Kassan, co-founder of Wing, as the firm seeks to “rebuild the brand and really understand the landscape as it is now, as it’s completely different from what it was before,” Cho says.

The move comes as the Wing looks to rebound from a period of financial woes and internal turmoil. It is now offering more flexible membership options and is emphasizing a code of conduct for all. The Wing has faced complaints that it failed to act as club members and guests behaved badly and that some women on staff, especially women of color, were bullied and underpaid.
