Burger King Appoints Pepsico Marketing Veteran as CMO

Burger King has turned to Patrick O’Toole, a former Pepsico marketing executive, to lead its marketing transformation. So reports Restaurant Business.

Burger KingO’Toole joins Burger King as chief marketing officer for the United States and Canada at a time when the fast-food burger chain is boosting marketing spending in an effort to improve profits and revenues for franchisees.

In 14 years at Pepsico, O’Toole most recently served as CMO of the Mountain Dew brand.
