China's Ofo Launching In-app Ads Featuring Coke, Chips Ahoy

Ofo, a Chinese bike-sharing company, is now running five-second video advertisements on its app. So reports The Drum.

Coca-Cola and Chips Ahoy are among some of the first companies to buy the space.

Amid rumors the company is facing revenue issues, Ofo is selling ads on the bikes, where permitted, and banner ads in its app. The company has pulled out of several markets in order to focus on “priority" locations like Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong.
