Dentsu Adds DEG to Bolster ‘Commerce and Omnichannel' Offerings

The Dentsu Aegis Network bought growing digital ad company DEG for close to $150 million and will integrate it into its Isobar agency. So reports The Kansas City Business Journal.

The move is designed to improve the company’s commerce capabilities. Dentsu has made several analytics, data and digital marketing purchases in recent years. In 2017, DEG moved to a 32,000-square-foot building in Kansas.
