Most Brick and Mortar Retailers Haven’t Integrated Customer Technologies

In-store kiosks, tables, and smartphones are critical to creating a compelling shopping experience, but most retailers haven’t integrated the technologies, according to a study by The O Alliance of 150 senior executives. So reports Drug Store News.

Benchmarking is also inadequate with only 48% of retailers having the ability to measure the success of email campaigns.
